Running Club
 
The running club involves a gentle run around the Glossop area and lasts for approximately 45 -60 minutes (not all of this time is spent running initially).
This includes a warm-up, a progressive run for complete beginners including tips on running technique (body movements and pacing) and breathing styles, and a full warm-down, finishing back at the PEAK FITNESS studio.
This is a great way to make friends and challenge yourself, for example, you can set yourself targets for charity runs. There is a maximum of 10 people per session.
You will be amazed at how quickly your stamina improves!

Wednesday - 13.00 and 18.00
Friday - 12.00 and 18.00
