 Personal Training PEAK FITNESS can offer personal training in a number of different formats to suit each individual's requirements. Each client will receive a personalised training plan to suit their specific needs and a diary to record their progress. Nutritional advice is also available on request. PEAK FITNESS offers personal training to:- Those whose lifestyles demand particular physical attributes. Sports people wishing to improve on specific aspects of their performance, for example, a golfer's swing speed and a rugby player's power in the tackle. Sports people wishing to improve their general fitness.
Initial Assessment at the PEAK FITNESS studio. This includes a fitness test in order to create a personal training plan suitable to each individual’s needs. Height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, body measurements, body fat and water percentage will be measured so that progress through the training plan can be monitored. After the initial assessment, a training plan will be created for future personal training sessions.
Personal one-to-one training at the PEAK FITNESS studio or at home. This involves a full warm-up, an exercise programme and a cool down. Each client will be given a training diary to record any exercise completed both at PEAK FITNESS and at home or your local gym. The trainer will talk you through each exercise provided, complete with safety guidelines. The PEAK FITNESS studio provides a non-pressurised, relaxing environment to exercise in, away from the hustle and bustle of the gym. Training at home can be used to increase confidence when exercising without the worry of being watched by others.
Training with a friend at the PEAK FITNESS or at home. If you would like a friend to train with you, this is an option and reduces the cost of the session. You may have a maximum of two friends to train with you, each getting an individual training programme designed by your trainer.
All of the above can be conducted at the PEAK FITNESS studio, which has all the appropriate equipment. Home visits can be arranged, and visits to your gym or health club may also be an option.
